01. LAB TEST
Test yarn and determine fabric specification before going into production process.
02. WARPING
Warping is the first process of weaving preparatory that involves transferring yarn from number of cones positioned on the creel onto a warper’s beam.
03. SIZING
The process of application of a thin film of adhesive and binder on the yarn surface to improve the weavability of yarn is called sizing process.
04. WEAVING
Weaving is a method of textile production in which two distinct sets of yarns or threads are interlaced at right angles to form a fabric or cloth.
05. INSPECTION
Inspection is the process of identifying weaving faults in the fabric just after the grey fabric production in the loom.
